The DevRush Internship Program isn’t your typical internship. It’s an immersive experience designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge they need to launch impactful ventures. The program is tailor-made for those who dream of building businesses that not only succeed but also leave a positive mark on society.
In the 2022 iteration, 18 interns from prestigious universities like the University of Santo Tomas, Adamson University, and Bulacan State University participated. The program culminated with a remarkable success rate: 6 interns were absorbed into the Macanne® team, while 4 others went on to launch their own ventures within a year.
This impactful outcome wasn’t limited to the Philippines. Inspired by the program’s success, Macanne® Ireland adopted a similar initiative in 2023. They welcomed 7 interns from Dublin City University, Technical University Dublin, and Trinity College Dublin, along with 3 additional interns from Grenoble, France. Here too, the results were impressive: 4 interns joined Macanne® while 2 launched their own ventures in the dynamic fields of Fintech and the Medical Industry.
