Macanne® provides digital agency services, including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, and content creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
For services that require payment, you agree to pay the specified fees in a timely manner. Pricing details are provided separately, and you can contact us for billing inquiries. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Macanne® services if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in harmful activities.
Governing Law
MacanneGroup® and Anstrom Partners, as joint venture partners, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of Macanne® services. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom for UK-based users and the laws of the Philippines for PH-based users.

Dedicated Support™ Service
Dedicated Support by Macanne® is a service where we provide you with a dedicated individual to assist with minor tasks and manage lighter workloads. These individuals, although they function as part of your team, are not direct employees. It’s essential to understand that they may exercise the discretion to decline services that are beyond the scope of their defined responsibilities. This arrangement offers flexibility and efficiency while maintaining clear boundaries on their service offerings.
