Citibank embarked on a collaborative effort to revamp their app, focusing on creating a user-friendly and secure platform that empowers seamless transactions for their UK customers.

The project commenced with in-depth research on current fintech trends in UI/UX design. This research provided valuable insights that were then leveraged during the prototyping and initial idea generation phase. Following the creation of these initial concepts, we partnered with a team extensively experienced in developing fintech apps. This collaboration ensured the app catered specifically to the needs of the fintech industry.
In the final development stage, we incorporated additional security measures and fintech-specific insights to further strengthen the app’s functionality and user experience.
